long needles and vets

Mom took me to the vet today and she said they just loved me. If they loved me so much why did they stick long needles in my leg? They have a funny way of showing love. I like to give kisses, and wag my tail and get all excited to show those hoomins I love them. Mom said said the doctor gave me a clean bill of health and now I can go to something called a "Beagle Meetup" and see lots of other beagles. I hope they are more fun to chase than the cat, he just hisses at me. The vet also said that I'm 16 lbs now, but I'm still a little thin. He said that was okay because of how active I am. I like to make Connor giggle by doing what Mom calls "Nascar laps around the living room." Mom says it's bed time so I've got to go. AAAARRRRRRROOOOOO, till next time.

Hi! My name is Zeke and I'm new here. Right now I'm almost 4 months old and I'm just a beagle pup. If I don't look quite like a beagle its probably my coat. My coloring is called "blue tick" and you don't see a lot of blue tick beagles running around. Mommy says it makes me special but assures me I am 100 % beagle. That's it for today.
