we had just relocated to London UK and I wanted a cream coloured retriever GIRL pup, so my three resourceful sons and myself, still living out of suitcases at the hotel, found a pup in the local paper, and went off to dunsfold surrey!!!in a taxi no less! we arrived at a small cottage and were led in by a lovely english family who obviously adored dogs,,,and then the four Yanks into a large kitchen with just puppies everywhere...i started to choke up!! their was only one bitch left, the boys were keener on having OLLIE or JACK, the rowdys..but when i held Mithian Lucky Lucy it was all over...I got my girl..that was one of the best days of our lives, almost eight yrs this OCTOBER.

Wekl, Princess Lucy was transferred from her UK home to Houston TX in 2005...still spoiled rotten...one question we are often asked is if she barks with a british accent???? anyone know if she does??
