Arrival Story:
After 25 years of hassling by their son, the parents finally decided to get a dog. As luck would have it, the best dog in the entire world was left at a shelter by his owner just as parents make this decision. When parents came to this very shelter to look at dogs, they freaked out at all the dogs barking at once. Except for one. Norman. who was lying down in the corner of his cage, unfazed by the commotion. Parents walked over to Norman's cage, Norman walked up to greet them. Parents extend hand to Normie, Normie licks parent's hand. Eighteen months later, the dog is the shadow of parents, going anywhere and everywhere with them.

Bio:
Norman was fairly chunky when we first got him, and we spoiled him rotten. He ate everything and puffed up to 86 pounds (he's supposed to be 65). We're in Month 8 of the diet and Norman's down to 73 lbs. That's pretty impressive...
