My poor wittle back, mommy says I have IVDD

I'm gwounded, I'm on crate rest for at least 6 more weeks becuz sista jumped up and landed on my back and hurt me. I have to take medicine and stay in my crate all the time. I get special treats and special food and a special toy to put treats in all for me!! Sister and kitties don't even get them! So send me lots of healing love so I can go back to my old ferocious self!

well, we don't have the other dachshund, we never found her owner, so she got a new home with someone who wanted her very much. I have decided that playing with my toys is the most fun thing in the world, but I can't get everyone to throw my toys, they will only do it about 300 times and I want more!!! But I am pretty happy with my life, it's alright. I love when I get raw meaty bones, they rock! Well, gotta go, see ya later

Finding a new friend -sorta

Well, my boy Corey brought home another dachshund last week, he SAID she followed him home, but I'm not buying it, she has a collar on. She is a black and tan miniature dachshund. She's alright I guess so long as she doesn't get in mommy's lap. Mommy and Daddy went to several people's houses to see if she belonged there, but no one knows her. They are gonna put up posters and see if we can find her owners. Until then I have to put up with her, she sleeps with us in our crate too! OMG! I just hate to share my covers, Coco is bad enough!! Luckily, we have a nice big crate, but still... Well, at least she keeps me warmer, I get cold really easy. I keep on getting in trouble for getting in the trash, daddy gets mad at me. But they should know better than to throw away perfectly good food!!! I mean COME ON PEOPLE!! Coco is feeling feisty these days, she is bothering ME all the time now, and I used to bother her! Mommy sure does feel alot better since she got her Pacemaker/Defibillator for her heart! We actually went for a walk! But I couldn't go on the next one because I choke myself and mommy had to go buy me a harness. I can't help it, all the wonderful, wonderful smells! Well, gotta go, I smell something in the trash that needs investigating!
