Does not like being alone. Hates it when Mommy sings Chili's babyback ribs logo song! Doesn't like when some one says Baby get in my BELLY (from Austin Powers). Hate it when people say BOOYA to me!

Arrival Story:
My husband and I got married in May 2002 and we decided we wanted a dog. We live in a condo/apartment so we had to go w/a small dog. There are about 6 others pugs in our complex and when I saw them I just fell in love w/the breed. I did some research found a good breeder and my husband and I went down to pick out which pup we wanted. They were all so small and so cute but Rex stood out from them all when we were looking at them and picking them up Rex was the one that actually showed an interest in us...he started playing w/my husband (this is at only a few weeks old) and in the mean time I was holding the QUIET pup. Not even 1 min. into them playing my husband said this is the one...and yes he was. In a way you might think he picked us instead of us picking him. It was just meant to be...and we love him SO MUCH!

Bio:
Rex loves to pal around a play w/his feline brother Marley...well at least it is playing a paling around to Rex now. Rex loves to be the center of attention and loves his Momma and Daddy. He especially likes to exercise w/his Momma. He is very unusual...for a fawn pug he is very DARK. He has a completely black head and dark feet...and he can tan too on his undercarriage. He also loves to play w/the other Pugs in the area. Piera is a pug that is about 3 weeks older than him and they play like they are brother and sister. Rex usually annoys Chesty who is an Older pug. There is also LuLu who loves to just sit there and kiss Rex. Pugsly is another buddy as well! Rex also has two best Buddies Angus which is a Chocolate Lab and Dewey which is a Beagle they both live in Philadelphia! Rex loves to visit family too. We go to Bucks County (PA) to spend time with Peanut and Copper then there is going to my grandparents house in North Wilmington where I play with my uncle who is 3 years younger than me...Bailey!

All I can say is WOW...I went for a LONG walk last night and had SO MUCH FUN!!!! Mommy and Daddy have been exercising lately and last night they decided to bring me along as well. We walked on the new BIG sidewalk (so many places to mark...so little time). By the time we got home Mommy said we walked a little OVER 2.5 Miles. That is some GOOD exercise...and I had so much fun (I wasn't even tired when we got home...I was ready to play at home too). I never knew I was so atheletic to be able to do ALL that walking.
