Arrival Story:
A group of Americans on a mountain hike found Julietta and her littermates starving with their mother. They brought Julietta home to be their squadron mascot, but she kept getting out. She did not like sleeping in a big hangar! The vet knew I needed a dog, so his receptionist called me to let me know to come take a look at her. It would be "first come, first served." I got there just moments before another person and immediately fell in love.
Bio:
Julietta is an odd dog... she didn't have any human contact for her first eight weeks of life. She's very obedient, but she's also temperamental. I call her my beautiful super-model. Beautiful, but cranky. I love her, though. She's my baby-dog and I'm the only person she loves unconditionally.
Sept 2, 2008- Julietta fought the good fight, but on her 15th birthday, it was time to end her suffering. She will be desperately missed.
