Arrival Story:
We looked for nearly 2 years for a breed suitable for our family. We went to shows, met owners, breeders, etc. When we finally chose a breeder, we went down just to meet her and her dogs, not planning to get a dog that day since she said she had none available. When we got there, there was one little fellow all alone in a run. The breeder told us he'd been sold, but the Buyers had been transferred over seas and weren't able to take him, so he was looking for a home. We spent some time with him and fell head over heels for him. So, several hours later, we headed home - me with him curled in my lap. We had to make pit stops on the way home to pick up all of the doggie essentials as we had none!

Monty is a former obedience school demo dog and has his Canadian CD title. He's retired from competing and enjoys a life of leisure at home with the rest of the pack, occasionally demo-ing exercises for newbie, Quinn
