Best Tricks: Being so cute you just want to hold her all the time.

Arrival Story: I had a family who wanted to adopt Pepper our foster Rat Terrier, Jack Russel mix. Well as things would have it, she was not the dog for them. When they called to return her they told me they were sorry but she just was not right for them. I asked if they would like to try another dog and they said yes. They said they would be interested in a Beagle if we had one. A female, young Beagle or Beagle mix....Enter Pumpkin! Four month old Pumpkin had just become one of the rescues in our foundation. She had been through a vet check and some minor problems resolved. They she was spayed. In fact she was spayed the very day this family told me what they were looking for! I was able to pick her up at the vet's office and bring her home for a few days until she was well enough to meet the family. They loved her at first sight. She was adopted and is in a wonderful loving home. OH IF ONLY all the fosters could be so lucky as Pumpkin. A few weeks later Pepper was adopted. She too now has a good loving home. Pumpkin is growing and getting lots of love and will not remember or know how lucky she is.

Bio: A homeless little angel, picked up at the pound. No family or owner to care for her she became part of a rescue group who works very hard to save as many lives as they can. Lucky Pumpkin has a home now.

I had Pepper out on a home trial when the people called to say she just was not right for their family. I asked if I could interest them in another dog and they said they really wanted a Beagle/or Beagle mix. I call our office and was told we had a Beagle girl at the vet at that very time being spayed. I made arrangements to pick her up and kept her for only 3 days. The family saw here and it was love at first sight. She has fit into their family and is loved and happy. Pepper went on to have her own family also. It just works out if you are patient and all are happy.
