Hi again.

Let me tell you about when I first got home. It was very exciting because of all the new smells around, including one of a dog so I did want to investigate but the prospect of the strange house was a little daunting. It took me a while to muster up the courage to go in but I when I eventually did I sarted to explore every corner of the first room and the kitchen.

Then i met Trix - a playmate! or I thought she could be. When I began to play with her though she didn't seem so keen but I kept trying, Only - then she growled at me and I figured something was wrong so I decided and sit and wait for her to be ready. I didn't realise straight away but it did eventually occur that she was old and I don't think she could see me very well so she was getting confused when I was bounding around her. I decided to leave her be then, a little disappointed but I still had few attempts at getting her to play.

Later, I thought I'd look at the living room and was finally given my food - I was so hungry and it tasted very good. My new family was watching me very careully so I decided I'd go find some things to play wih and give to them. I brought them lots of things that I could reach in the house including: a squashy sponge, a tea towel, small bits and pieces I don't know the name of and a shoe. I was very pleased with myself but everytime I found something I had it taken off me which I didn't think was very fair.

Turns out it didn't really matter because they gave me some nice toys of my own to play with that they did actually let me chew on!

So that's how I came to live where I am now
cool huh? It feels like I've always been here now.

Hi everyone! I'm Meg and I guess you want to know whats gone on with me so far? It doesn't seem two minutes ago since I left my brothers and sisters but now I'm right at home.

Ok I'll update you on my life so far then...or what i can remember of it since I was only young after all. My new family brought me home when I was just three months old. I was really excited at the visitors like all the others but I hoped these ones wouldn't leave me like the rest had done. I kept jumping up (which I was told not to do) but shhhhh! I didn't really want to listen to no! I got lots of attention from these people and they played with me and stroked me until I got tired and had to sleep in the corner next to the vacuum (after I'd had a sneaky chew on it......darn new teeth).

Anyways the next thing i know I wake up and I'm really hungry so i take my bowl to my owner. I put it down by her and she said something to me but I didn't understand and after 20 minutes of following her around with my bowl I gave in since I guessed my dinner time was late today. I was annoyed at the time but then I realised it was a good job I didn't eat because I was going on an adventure with the new people! I love new things so this was going to be fun!. I found it a little scary though when i was in the car with these new people but I managed to curl up in mum's lap and lasted a the whole hours joruney - wasn't sick once!

That's how I ended up at my new home but you'll have to wait for the next entry to find out more because I want to sleep now.

Goodnight all!
