Likes:
Other dogs, esp puppies; chewing just about anything; THE BASEMENT! FUN!; most people; walks; my cousin Lola; treats; playing with Annabelle (cat), tho sometimes, she don't like that so good. I like pouncing and running in crazy puppy circles too!

Pet-Peeves:
Being told to get off the furniture; learning humans are not chew toys; not being allowed to play with every dog I see; ZUZU (other cat) because she won't play with me!. And I HATE that vacuum cleaner! I WILL bites it!

Favorite Toy:
Turkey Lurkey (birdie chew toy); my Kong Frisbee; my very crazy green and purple ball; snow; pinecones; Annabelle; towels; and YOU if you'll let me!

Favorite Food:
I LOVES cheese; turkey; peanut butters! And bully sticks! I don't likes LETTUCE, tho -- I play with that, not EATS IT! ICK!

Favorite Walk:
ANY! You take me EVERYWHERE YOU GO, PLEASE!

Best Tricks:
Um ... I can make my "mommy" (female owner) feel REAL REAL guilty when she needs to correct me for biting!

Arrival Story:
I am a long-haired German Shepherd Dog. I will likely grow to be over 100 pounds, if I'm anything like my parents! I am still only a puppy and I WANT TO BE THE BOSS! Everyday, my people tell me "Carter, you NOT the boss!" So far, I learn this only a LITTLE. They firm, tho. Sigh.

Bio:
I get people so CONFUSED! They see me, they ask "What kind of dog is that? He husky? He Belgian Shepherd? HE WOLF?" I am a German Shepherd Dog, I AM, but I have fluffy! This makes me a long-haired or long-coated German Shepherd Dog, but I BE purebred, I do be! See, this long haired stuff is a recessive gene in us GSDs. Since long-hair is not show quality for American standards, lots of breeders, they don't breed us fluffies so much. Except some! My mommy, she LOVES fluffy! Plus, she loves GSDs her whole life! So when she found you could put FLUFFY with GSD she got very excited and said "I WANT THAT!" and she sought me out at a breeder who DO breed us fluffies.
