Too busy

Gosh, I'm sorry I haven't posted anything in such a long time. My Mom and Dad keep me pretty busy. Camping, swimming, hiking, being cute and security duties keep me busy all year long. There is always something to do.

One of my favorite things to do is bark and I bark really load. My Mommy is always saying 'quiet!' but I don't know what that means so I usually bark some more. Then she brought home this thing she puts on my face and I can't bark when it's on. I don't like it at all. Then she gently holds my nose and says 'quiet' again. I think I'm not supposed to bark when she does that. I usually get the last word in though.

I'm just too busy to write in my diary, I'm sorry. We've taken so many camping trips this year and my work in the backyard has kept me from having any time to get in here. We took a really long vacation in Bull Shoals, Arkansas, we hated to leave, it was so much fun. We barked at other doggies, played with our cousins Tika and Tahle, ran in the park and took walks with our parents. Well, I went on most of the walks. My sister Casey didn't go on all of them. Her legs are shorter, she's got a little junk in the trunk and she just can't walk for as long as I can.

Well, what can I say. I'm a lucky girl. My Mommy came to get me in 2001 from a nice place in Moran KS. I had to leave some friends but I sure ended up with a fun family. I have a Mommy, a Daddy and a big sister, Casey. I am loved ALOT!

I have all my own things too. My own dishes, hair brushes, towels, my own bed, toys, hair dryer (Hey, what can I say, I'm a girl), a real big house, a pool I get to float in, a camper to go camping in and two 4x4 trucks so I can go anywhere in the snow. Of course I don't get to drive! Darn!

I have a job too. I am CSO, Chief Security Officer. I make sure the backyard is safe for my family. Many weekends when we are home, I am very busy during the day. By the end of the day, I'm just dog tired. I get week days off though while my parents go to work.
