Arrival Story:
I started out walking Chico. His owner was elderly and had fallen. She recently went in for hip replacement surgery and asked me to find him a home. His original paperwork has him listed as a Manchester Terrier mix. His previous owner said he was part Chihuahua. I think he looks like a Rat Terrier. He has a ton of nervous energy. His original paperwork says he is good with children but I haven't had a chance to verify that.

Bio:
Chico is very nervous around unfamiliar people/environment. It took about 48 hours in his foster home to become comfortable.

A day at the park.

I went to the park today. They didn't let me off-leash right away. I had to stay with the humans. Once they dropped the leash I was off. I pretty much just shadowed Bristol. We were chasing squirrels. I think that is what I'm supposed to do. It was a lot of fun. I'm smart too. When I was called, I went back so they wouldn't leave me there. I prefer the company of humans. Other dogs still make me a little nervous, except Bristol and Charles. I'm sure I'd get used to others.
