I Am Finally In My Forever Home

Wow! What a Weekend!

My mom took me to my first puppy match this weekend. Aside from getting car sick, I had fun. I got to meet my Rottweiler cousin, Karma. A nice lady that mom says is her handler showed me. I got my picture taken too for winning something called Best of Opposite sex. The coolest part is that cousin Karma got to come home with us for a few days while her mom is on vacation.

I am SOOOO Big!

Mom says I am almost as big as my sister Angie. She can barely pick me up any more. Being a big boy means I can be outside during the day. Mom and the human kid put in new kennel runs and I have great digs in a run I share with my sister. It has a really cool dog house, big water trough and some amazing artifical turf on the ground. It was hot today, but it was pretty nice in the run. I know that one of the reasons she was in such a hurry to get the run done was because I tore apart her office the other day.

My New Home

My mom is a little slow getting started with this diary thing. I think it is because she has been so busy with me. I actually came to my new home on January 3. I had to be in a crate on a big scary plane for what seemed like forever. When I finally got wheeled out to the pick-up area. There were two ladies and two kids. The lady that was crying was my new mom. She was sooo happy to see me. She had waited for 4 months for me. The other lady is mom's human kid and the little ones were her kids. I rode all the way home in my mom's lap. The first thing I did when I got inside my new house was pee on the rug. Mom introduced me to a wondeful new thing- treats! I really like those Lamb Munchies and Piggy Slivers. I met the cats. I am not so sure about them. They don't seem to like me very much. I do love my Aussie sister. She plays pretty rough, but I can handle it because mom says I am getting to be a big boy.
