She was being given up by an owner who no longer wished to care for her and pay for her medications. She has an enlarged heart and Cushing's disease. She arrived here at 56 pounds (!!!) and is now down to 42 and is still dieting. She is sweet, quiet, longing to be loved.

I have heart disease, kidney damage, and suspected kidney disease as well as Cushing's disease. My vet bills to date total $2,000.00, with more to come.
