Arrival Story:
We became Penny's guardian through my daughters sister-in-law .She was 6 months old when we got her and she was a holly terrier. The first day in my home she decided that she would get up on the kitchen chair and steal the left over roast on the table. By the time we saw her there were only crumbs of the roast left on the floor. The second day she ate a huge hole in my couch pulling stuffing and all out. See we never had a JRT before so we had a lot of learning to do. We bought her stuffed toys which within minutes there was stuffing every where, she attacked it like a Rapptor. Well within months with trial and error we learnt much about these smart and destuctive dogs. Within the two years she had pups they were amazing like their mom. I kept one of her 5 pups and named her Kelsey. the other 4 i picked careful homes for them. I also laid out what care needed to take place before they took their pups. Penny is now 8 almost 9 years old and she still washes her baby's ears(Kelsey) she is a great dog and my husband and i LOVE her Dearly.
