Sugar loves the song that is her registered name..... Sugar Pie Hunny Bunch.... and she loves the song Sugar, ah Honey Honey.. I sing it to her all the time, and the first one too. She just dances to both the songs when sang to her !! She knows her name is in both the songs, you can tell, because when her name is mentioned in the songs, her tail wags, and she smiles all over !!
It is so cold here today, and has been snowing all day. I want to go walking, but mom says it is just too cold out for her or for me. So, maybe another day. I have played with mom most of the day, except when she has been on here. I think she is gonna give me another bath, and I might have to run and hide from her. She always finds me though. She says the bath makes me smell better, but, I think I smell just fine. Oh well, whatever she wants is ok with me I guess !! She puts this stuff on me that is white and makes foam. I don't quite know what it is, but she seems to like it. Then she dries me off with a towel, and I have to go get warm then. We have a nice heater in the bathroom though to help keep me warm. I usually get extra snacks after one of those trips in the bathtub. So, I guess it's not too bad ! Gotta go now diary, but I will try to write again soon !!!
I have been busy lately trying to take care of my mommy and my daddy. They have been sick. I had to stay at their sides while they got well. I did all I could, and I know it must have helped them, because now they are feeling much better. My mommy has played with me some today, and she didn't feel like doing that for several days. Daddy is back at work now, and I am so glad they are better. I don't like it when they get sick, but I know if I got sick, that they would take good care of me too. It is cold here in Kentucky today, and me and mommy can't go walking. But maybe it'll warm up soon, and we can walk some. Gotta go now, but will write again soon........
Today has been a slow day. Not much going on. Mom went out for a while, but boy was I glad to see her when she got back home. I stay in my kennel when she is gone from home, she says so I won't get into something that might hurt me. I understand, and when I am in my kennel, it gives me a chance to snooze !! I love my kennel, nice and comfy, and warm with blankets and all. Daddy will be home soon, and I can play with him for a while after he rests. Not much else to talk about today, but maybe tomorrow we can go for a walk if it doesn't snow. Mom says it might snow tomorrow, and then I can go outside and play in it. Fun !!!
