I am loved
A note from Hope's former momMay 29th 2009 7:21 am[ Leave A Comment | 7 people already have ]
Today, I sent my heart dog to her new furever home just outside of Seattle, Washington where she will have a wonderful home, a big fenced in yard, a four-legged playmate and the loving family she so deserves.
Leave A Comment | 7 people already have Congratulations on your new forever home- your Mom worked so long and hard- despite so many setbacks and barriers- to save you and then made such a heartrending choice in the end to find you the perfect- safe- loving home. From beginning to end -your story was followed by countless Dogsters- cheering you both on though a roller coaster ride that ended in a selfless sacrifice to make sure that you were safe and happy. Mom forgot to mentioned that she hopes that you will be sending updates from your new home. After all- you are now across the country- but not forgotten. Good luck Hope!!!! xoxooxoxoxxo So glad Hope as found the furever home she deserves!! It has been such a crazy ride!!! Please keep us updated on her progress!!! Good luck Hope!!!! xoxooxoxoxxo I have been following Hope's story since an ad was posted on craigslist when she escaped on Halloween last fall. I hadnt seen any updates on her whereabouts until the other day about her recapture. I was sooo happy to hear that she was safe again but also sad that she couldnt be brought back to live with the people that know and love her most. I am glad that someone although far away is going to give this dog that has touched so many lived a wonderful home to live out her life in peace. I live close to the station Hope used to hang out at and I commend all the people who assisted in her rescue, especially her FORMER MOM. God be with you for persisting in helping this dog. I too would love to know how she does at her new home. my thoughts and prayers are with you and Hope!!! Sandi, I hope you still have my phone number here in Alabama. I would love to keep in touch anytime you can call. Please keep posting here on how our girl Hope is doing. Joy and Tiger |
