Arrival Story:
We had to have our 9 year old,Pappi put to sleep as his liver and kidneys had failed. I wanted to find a new puppy to help me get over the loss of Pappi.

Bio:
We had just put our 9 year old to sleep.We were so sad and my Mom had to put her 10 and 1/2 year old shih tzu to sleep as she had cancer. We took Rosie to be cremated and went to see a friend in another city and stopped in at her vets and at the feed store,looking for a pit bull puppy. We had looked in a couple of other cities with no luck. When we got home we called and her owner was in OUR city, it was meant to be.She is black and white like Rosie but pit bull like Pappi. she has so much energy and so much love to give. She is a challange for us.Pappi was so laid back and Lela is just so full of energy.We look forward to having a long and happy life together.
