Bart at about 8 wks old was abandoned at a vet's clinic.. 1998 - his eye infected with a foxtail... the vet could not save his left eye... after recovering from surgery... no one wanted him.. his temporary guardian got him a spot on the channel 4 news -! we saw him the day after Christmas ! and of course I fell in love with him !! and now he his our one-eyed handsome bundle of golden ! we are the lucky ones!

Oct 24 , 2009 ... Bart crossed the rainbow bridge... it's only been 3 weeks today. ... it's just to hard to write.... i miss him so much !
