Arrival Story:
I got him at 9 weeks old. He was a beautiful long haired German Shepherd, his fur would fly in the wind. As a puppy he had dreadlocks that would curl when it rained. My 3 year old GSD had just died of lymphoma when we went to see a litter of puppies. The breeder had chosen Siggy as her pick puppy and was going to give us Siggy's brother. While we were grilled (for about 2 and half hours) Siggy clearly chose us. Being the good breeder that she is, she let us take him. He was everything to me.

Bio:
He was very friendly to everyone. He liked cats. He especially loved children and infants. He was the pied piper of children once they got over his size. He was a lean 103 lbs. At the age of 10 he suffered a spinal injury, chasing a stick he slid in the mud and his front legs went to the left while his back legs went to the right. This injury impaired walking although he could, he'd "knuckle" his front paws. He went for acupuncture and traditional therapy. Six weeks before his 13th birthday he died, it was 4 months to the day that his sister, Ostara, died. I'll miss him everyday till we meet again.
