FOOD. Any food except dog food.

Not getting to sleep in because she gets woken up by her sister!

Favorite Toy:
Her sister! :) Tundra has instigated so many playtimes while her sis was unsuspecting!

Favorite Food:
Anything that's on her owner's plates! Also, can you say COOKIE DOUGH???

Favorite Walk:
The beach - her ears turn off and she won't listen to a thing you say, she's too busy using her nose!

Best Tricks:
Faking out her owners! She's always been good at getting pitty attention! Drama queen!

Arrival Story:
I found her through a Siberian rescue (Siberians Needing Owners). Who can pass up such beautiful blue (almost violet) eyes! :) I wanted a young husky... but I was young - and they thought I'd be better off starting with an older one so I didn't get landed with a big hyperactive surprise!

As a 14 year old dog - you might think I was lying. She still can out sprint me, jump on top of our other dogs and give them a run for their money! Whatever fountain of youth she drank from, I hope I find it too! And I'm sure she's even faster with her silver harness and some good friends to run with just north of the rainbow bridge! :)

Forums Motto:
That food is for me, right?

The Last Forum I Posted In:
dominant female

Other Stuff!!!:
She has been such a great first experience for me to own a Husky. She was shy at first, and still timid around some men, but has come very far out of her shell with a hanging tongue and a wagging tail! She loves chasing birds, but easily gets chased away by waves as they are too weird for her to comprehend! The nose doesn't stop sniffing and her ears turn every direction you can think of - excluding upside down - and is fairly alert for having 14 years under her tail. She enjoys hiking and playing with Grandma's llama in the pasture as well as chasing her sister around the house!
The close up picture of Tundra was not taken by me, so I need to give credit due: Chris Willett. His page is here: http://www.pierce.ctc.edu/faculty/cwillett/

Please see www.siberiansneedingowners.org for more then the information I will give here. Recently, WA was flooded with a couple husky puppy mills (~40+ pups) that were in such poor shape, estimates for vet bills are around 40-50 THOUSAND. Not to mention most of the rescues are pretty much at capacity to begin with. They are in financial need right now to get these starving pups back to normal, as most are starved, sick and many are injured. Anything you can do to help would be appreciated!!! THANK YOU FOR READING!

I just wanted to say hello to everyone and let you all know I'm doing great! I've made a lot of great friends here and I'm lookin' better than EVER! :) And - they gave us typing lessons - so now I can do the computer on my own instead of following mom around until she does so. :)

If you haven't yet - you should check out the video on youtube.com that my mom made for me. If you just search for Tundra Memory, it will be the first one!

Mom had to give Sahara my bowls... because Sahara and Jazz broke hers while playing!! They weren't cheap either! Way to go guys! See what happens when I'm not there to referee you two?!?! You'll get used to it, don't worry.

I see you Jazz... taking my bed over. Well, taking the bed over that I originally stole from you in the first place. Comfy, isn't it? Now you see how much you've been missing out?! I don't regret sneaking in and stealing it though! ENJOY!

Hope all is well for you pawls hanging out down there! I miss you all!

Thank you!

I just wanted to take a moment and say how PAWSOME Husky Heaven has been. Everybody is SO MUCH FUN and have helped Mom out more than anyone knows! All the prayers and good wishes have made mom feel better about me (Although - I don't want to go to the vet for a second opinion - not when they shove things up my butt - THANKS!).
She said she'll slowly help me and my brother and sis fancy up our pages (suggestions welcome!) over the next week - that way you have plenty of pictures to drool over of BEAUTIFUL ME! Mom said to enter in that I'm being a little selfish - but I'm having a good day - SO TOO BAD! :)
Thanks again to everyone again - you're all so PAWSOME!
