Birthday: January 1st 2005 Likes: Riding with the boys to school in the morning and stopping at McDonalds for a biscuit , jet ski and boat rides, jacuzzi baths, swimming, chasing squirrels out of HIS yard! Pet-Peeves: Roxy stealing his stuffed animals, being told "no "he can't go with us Favorite Toy: any stuffed animal- Roxy keeps chewing them up and we have to buy new ones Favorite Food: mostly chicken- but anything that's not dog food Favorite Walk: Any where and everywhere we go but especially to the dock or out front to chase squirrels Best Tricks: the paw smack to get your attention when he needs more loving, more food or more belly rubbing. He also likes to howl with us! Arrival Story: After losing our beloved dobie mix Conan at 14yrs old we weren't sure we were ready for another dog. My sons kept after me for a puppy and the house did seem empty without a dog to love. We found Max and his brothers online through Petfinder. Their mother had been shot and killed, the 6 puppies were found at 3 weeks and were being fostered through the county shelter. All the puppies were cute little furrballs but Max (then known as Clooney) was the quieter one who just wanted his belly rubbed & we couldn't resist. We're still rubbing that belly every day! Bio: We were very happy to find Max's brother Elvis through the "Success Stories" at the Pitt County Humane Society Site. We've found that they not only look alike but also share some of the same habits plus the love of belly rubs and stuffed animals to sleep with. They both are lucky to have boys, another dog and cats in their families. Elvis lives in TX but we sure do enjoy keeping up with him and his family- they have the best family& pet photo site I've ever seen! I've Been On Dogster Since:
