Arrival Story:
We called a local breeder and we went look at her littler of puppies. Originally we wanted another black tri like Ethan. Getting a red merle was not part of the plan and was our least favorite color. After meeting with the litter, the black tri male available was not "doing it" for us. Right before we left, we went to say goodbye to the rest of the litter and Otis wrapped his paws around my neck and gave me a hug! And then something happened. I told the breeder that I would come back and take another look in a few days. When I came back, Otis greeted me with a swagger swagger of his body and snuggled up with me on the floor. And the rest is history...
Bio:
Otis loves his big brother, Ethan. They get along famously and are complete polar opposites in personality. Otis is not going to be show dog, however, we think he'll excel in obedience, rally and agility. He can be a bit reserved around new people but is really sweet once he warms up to you. He loves to work for me and is sooooo attentive, smart and willing. It is a joy working with him. He also loves to snuggle in bed:)
