Arrival Story:
A few years ago, the year Ichi was born, my friend, Karen, was running 4-dog sprint sled dogs. She loves it and thought that I needed a sled dog of my own. It was spring, and one of her favorite dogs, Erin, had a litter. I flew to Colorado and after a few visits, chose Ichiro, or he chose me...its hard to tell.
Bio:
Ichiro is a prince...his lineage goes back to one of the most famous lead dogs of the Iditarod, Lingo. He is wonderful in every way. He loves the snow and skijoring in the winter. We race once or twice a year....and he can't wait to go. But mostly we hang out at the beach, swim and chase sticks!
