Arrival Story:
Joey says he had a COOL male bestfriend a 14 1/2 yr. old Yorkie named Bubba, Joey loved playin tag w/ Bubba then, Bubba got VERY sick and passed away Joey was VERY sad and lonely. Our mom considered doin a Russell Rescue started to have second thoughts on WHAT IF the other dog did not like Joey or the humans in the family. So she went to the online newspaper and found my breeder, the farm I came from is in Erie, IL. They first got a bit older pup than Joey and my moms fears came true, she did not like Joeys' energy. So my mom called the breeders and asked if they could exchange her for another pup younger than Joey they said OK that's when they got me, ever since Joey & I have been insepperable. We do everything together, my mom never leaves JUST ONE of us home alone. My mom & dad are always saying how happy/BLESSED they are havin Joey and I! I joined this CRAZY family 9/16/07 ***the pic of me sittin next to Joey while he's takin a nap is my first pic/the day I came home. I was not WELL, I DID NOT receive GOOD healthcare at my breeders like Joey did at his. I had worms & BAD diarrea!! *** Now I get maticulous care, I started eatting *Solid Gold Health Foods For Pets* when I came home til 4/5/08 when mom switched us ALL to the RAW diet. Switched cold turkey from kibble to RAW fortunately w/ NO problems some runny poos and a bit of gas but, nothing major. Now I am sooooo healthy I *GLOW*, VERY plush/soft fur, I have bounds of energy, I smell GREAT w/ no baths ever, no more watery/goopy eyes, MAJOR muscle tone(daddy says I'm a canine version of Arnold Schwarzenegger) & VERY RARELY do I have any gas. ~~~~I HAVE MANY ENTRIES IN MY DIARY and *MORE* page addy's & pages are always bein added!~~~~~~ ***IF YOU HAVEN'T ALREADY GO CHECKOUT MY JOEYS' PAGE TOO! :) *** ~~~~~~

Bio:
~~~~ I am a WHITE dog and my fur always looks like I just got a bath! Our beautiful WHITE coats always gets compliments, the last bath mommy can remember giving us was when we first came home. ~~~~
Are “Spot-On” Flea Killers Safe?
"The dogs that die from heartwom are the dogs that ar being vaccinated, fed commercial food and are being treated with supressive drugs for every little thing that comes along.
Disease, illness and symptoms come from within. A relatively healthy animal will not be susceptible to those things. So the ultimate answer is not to prevent heartworm (or distemper or parvo or whatever), by some artifical means, but rather to work on improving and maintaining good health. To the degree that you can imporve your dog's level of health, disease of any kind becomes less threatening."
RAW fed furkids REALLY don't need to be pumped full of drugs and supplements...
"Raw feeding's advertising is through word-of-mouth and through the healthy dogs and cats that are fed such a diet."
Dogs are omnivores... NO silly humans vegies are for rabbits not for dogs!!!!!!
Corn & grains when digested breakdown to carbs/sugar(basic knowledge), a furkid has NO NEED for carbs/sugars or fiber nor do their bodies naturally have the tools to accurately digest corn & grains NO MATTER how they have been cooked or NOT COOKED. Furkids were made to get their energy from uncooked fats & proteins. Corns, grains AND cooked meats ARE EXTREMELY HARD on ALL furkids systems!
>>SOME say a HIGH protein diet makes a FAT dog... In >MOST< cases a FAT/overweight dog is created by its parent/the owner w/ **not enough activity/excercise partnered w/ over feeding**.
