Arrival Story:
Rosie is a rescue pyr we got thru the local adopt a golden group. She came in with her brother and we visited him first and fell in love but a family in front of us got him so we went a visited Rosie with Roscoe and they got along great and took her home an hour later. We do not know much of her background but she has adjusted well in our family with our cat and Roscoe, our Jack Russell. We are newer to such a large breed but she is wonderful and a far cry from the terrier mindset that we have had in our house for the last 20 years!

Bio:
We researched this breed very carefully and they are such cool dogs but high maintenance from a size and yard standpoint. My husband grew up with an Irish Wolfhound so he knows the drill. We do think she was in a situation with her brother where a couple that bought them did not know what they were geeting in to. She is terrified of the crate and is learning boundaries, yet she came housetrained and walks on the leash better than my JRT!
