Arrival Story:
My husband and I went to the animal shelter looking for a puppy. I have always wanted a Jack Russell Terrier, and there was Kosmo. He was about 2 years old, and he "smiled" at me. It was love at first sight for all of us.

Bio:
We realized soon after bringing Kosmo home why he was at the animal shelter...he loved to run out the front door and down the street! Sadly, Kosmo only was with us for a year before he developed a tumor on his spine and lost the use of his legs and bowels. He was in terrible pain and we had him euthenized to end his suffering. It broke our hearts, but it was the best thing for him.
