Adopted Rosa (Rosie) at age 11 months from Guide Dogs in San Rafael. She was raised by her puppy raiser in a remote area of Reno. She was dropped from the program and put up for adoption due to generalized fear issues and lack of confidence and being overly distracted and too friendly with people.
