Arrival Story:
We saw Xeta on Craigslist and discussed her. She then appeared again and we decided that we just had to give her a forever home. Her family was so diligent in their search for the right home for her as she is a special needs pooch. We spoke for a while with her family then they brought her by. We instantly fell in love and could never live without her. We want to thank her prior family for working so hard to make sure she was placed correctly. Thanks for bringing us the most love we could have ever expected.

Bio:
Sadly, we lost Xeta on April, 15th 2008 at 10:30a.m. Her condition caused her to have seizures non-stop for 3 days with no way of stopping them. The pain is unbearable and we miss her terribly. She now plays with her sister Dana at Rainbow Bridge without the suffering. She was the sweetest and most loving fur baby to ever touch our lives and none shall ever replace her. We love you so much Xeta and will see you on the other side.

Never have we missed a soul as we have you. Every vision of you brings tears to our eyes as there seem to be twins around every corner. Ever coming are the memories of what we lost and are missing in our lives. Such a special and loving soul, you touched us all very deeply.

We have helped others in your honor but nothing takes the place or could ever steal our hearts as you have.

We Love You,

Mommy, Daddy, Kayla and Rupert

Xeta Lost

Xeta was the most incredible dog to ever grace this earth. On April 12th around 9:00pm she had a seizure, those seizures continued on, regardless of our hopes that they would end. Sadly, on Tuesday April 15th at 10:30 A.M., we had to make the horrible and painful decision to end her suffering.

Mommy held her tight and got lots of kisses before she went. The tears still flow and may never cease.

Xeta joined her sister Dana, who was lost in December to the same condition.

Thank you so much to Dana's family and the staff at Churchland Animal Clinic for all of your help and support. You all are so wonderful.

I LOVE YOU SO MUCH XETA!!!!!

I have been playing hard and visiting the vet. Mommy said things were showing signs of worsening so the vet put me on another med. I had a bad episode since then as well and had a hard time coming back around. Mommy was so sad the last time we went to the vet but they increased my meds and she says that I am still the same old Xeta. I think she had fears that the medication might change me but I know who I am. Oh and while we were at the vet, I got an airplane toy, Mommy let me pick it out even.

The latest news from the vet is that we have another option, Mommy says we may have to take a trip to a place that can check me out better. They say there is a team there that knows much more about my condition and they have a machine that can look at my brain.

I will write more when Mommy tells me more but until then,

Love and Licks to my bestest Pup Pals!!!
