She was anxious to get inside and was one of the friendliest pups we'd ever seen.
Unfortunately she didn't have any tags and the collar she had on was so tight we nearly had to cut it to get it off of her.
The first thing we thought to do was to put up signs throughout the neighborhood and post in forums and online communities in our area to see if someone was looking for her. With no responses and a few conversations from our neighbors that they'd seen her wandering the neighborhood for weeks - we decided to keep her.
