Arrival Story:
Blue is from the Midwest Bloodhound rescue. He recently completed training at Rainbow Animal Assisted Therapy and is making visits to handicapped kids on the weekends. His world is mostly ruled by his nose. He loves to chase squirrels and rabbits, and he doesn't mind going out in the rain or cold. He is a Chicago hound who loves going to the dog beach in the summer, but hates taking a bath. Blue was in the Chicago Tribune in August of 07 on the front page of the Transportation section. There was a story on people who had downsized cars and his Daddy had gotten rid of a Ford Explorer and bought a Scion Xb which is one of the boxy cars you see. Blue fits just fine when the back seats are down. Blue got his first acting gig! He was chosen for a part in an upcoming series on Animal Planet called "Animal Witness". Blue has a scene where he is looking for a body in the desert, and in another he sniffs a sweater to try and find a missing girl,It will air in late October, or November sometime.
