We have been looking for a dog at the pound for a year and all the dogs were too big, so we finally decided to get him from the store. When we went in there, we sat with all types and breeds of dogs. Bengie was actually in the next room with two teenage girls and their parents when we had another ShiPoo with us who was about 2-weeks younger. He seemed scared and didn't get along with our youngest daughter, so we were about to give up with the teens father told them 'no' to getting the dog. As soon as they walked off, we had him brought into the room with us and he fit in like a glove. He was fun and loved playing with our 2-year old. He was loving and playful, but not obnoxious or hyper. He was very affectionate from day one and fit into our family like the final piece of our puzzle.
