Well, I found my forever home one week ago and life couldn't be better! My new sister Zoe is quite the character and in spite of being a little pushy in the beginning, she has now warmed up to my presence. Gee, who wouldn't love such a good looking boy like me.

It would be great if my mum and dad didn't have to go to work, but I really can't complain too much as I get to stay in the cosy room with a Kong and some treats. I don't really care about Kongs, unlike my sister, but don't tell my mum as she rushed out to buy a new one just for me. She also rushed out and bought me a plush doggy bed, but it really is too soft for my liking. I was hoping Zoe would use it but she just loves to throw it around the room.

Speaking of Zoe. She actually gets to stay in the main bedroom during the day as my parents don't think it is wise to leave us together. But little do they know that we talk to each other through the vents while they are away. Actually, my dad came home and caught us the other day and he thought it was hilarious.

I really cannot believe how much exercise I am getting these days. My parents work full time and my mum is at college 2 nights per week, but this doesn't prevent them from taking me on lots of fun walks around the neighborhood. My mum even gets up at 5am to take us for a run and then in the evenings I get to walk for 1.5hrs with mum, dad and Zoe. Gee, this is the life!

I have also noticed that my skin hasn't been itchy since coming to my new home. Mum tells me that the food I was eating probably caused my skin issues and now that I am eating Evo dry food (with some salmon oil) I am feeling much better. I think a stress free life also helps and my life is certainly that.

Well, I better go and get some rest, as I heard that my mum is taking me to a dog friendly wine tasting event in my neighborhood this evening. Now that should be fun! Cheers!
