Arrival Story:
My boyfriend and I were talking about getting a dog... he liked yorkies, i liked toy poodles. So we began researching both breeds and found out there were yorkiepoos! I kept researching and the more I learned about the breed, the more I wanted one. So I obsessed over it a couple weeks and got really lucky and found a breeder in southern California. That was not easy because most yorkiepoo breeders were out of state. We drove an hour and half to see Milo at 7 weeks old and fell in love. He came in a litter of 4, being the only boy. I got lucky. =) The breeder told us we had to wait another 2 weeks until he was totally weaned off his mama before we could take him home. After an excruciating 2 wks of waiting, we drove another 1 and 1/2 hours in California's windiest day to pick up Milo. He was so good on the car ride home, not crying one bit. We knew we had found the perfect doggy. =)

Bio:
Milo is a mutt. =) His momma is 1/2 Toy Poodle and 1/2 Terrier. Daddy is a full bred Yorkie... that makes Milo a Yorkiepoo!

My First Entry!

Hi there, my name's Milo! This is my first journal entry ever, so bear with me!

I've had a busy day today. I went with mommy to her work, like I usually do, and got to play with my good friend Butters. :) I love playing and wrestling and just being a boy.

Next week is my 5th month birthday! Mommy says I'm going to start something called puppy school at my favorite store--Petsmart! I'm kinda curious to what this school thing is. All I know is that two of my friends will be joining me so I'm sure it'll be a lot of fun! I'm hoping I get to meet other doggies too, since I love playing and socializing. I'll let you guys know how it goes!
