Happy Birthday to Pride

WOW 8 years old, where did the time go. Not to mention what happened to my sweet little baby that loved to be with his Momma all the time :) Oh he's a sauce pot, he won't even look at me when I call him, which of course rules out coming when I call him, unless of course I have a leash or something he wants and then he's right there. Ahhhhhhhhh Prideness, he actually won his first fight ever against Weaver, I don't think this means the changing of the Alpha male dog but that remains to be seen. My sweet baby boy is 8, I guess I'll have to treat him extra special today, maybe spoil him a little bit and have some Mommy/Baby quality time :)

Hi, I'm Pride and I'm ruler supreme of the Universe. I choose my Mom when the rest of my litter wouldn't let me eat anymore at 5 weeks old cause I was born with a deformed paw. I don't know what they are talking about my paw doesn't hold me back, I still get in plenty of trouble as any good Siberian Husky should :) I've dug outta the yard with some help from my buddy Tundra, she's the Alpha female around here and you don't mess with her. I am presently attempting to gain a higher rung on the ladder here but the Alpha Dog Weaver doesn't seem to want to let me. I am a general shit disturber and will guard something, anything all day long snapping at the other 6 dogs to show them I'm boss just because I feel I want too. My Mom calls me The Baby, I"m trying to break her of that habit since I am a big boy and I'm 5 years old now. She really has to get over it. Since I was two I growl at my Mom whenever she comes near me, points at me or touches me just to let her know who's boss. I do have to become The Baby again when it's Thunder and Lightening out since that kinda freaks me out and if I'm soaking wet but crying at the door my Mom will still let me in to sleep on her bed where I am safe :) That's it for now I'm off to cause trouble.
