Arrival Story: Jada Lynn was a birthday present to me from my mother. She was specially delivered to us from Brockton, and came tumbling out of the car with a toddler's strawberry shortcake sweater on. It was love at first sight. :o) She's an attention hog, and a ham for the camera. Say the word 'bubbles' and her head goes in all which directions. I've never felt closer to any dog I've owned, nor have I ever experienced a bond as strong as mine with hers with any other animal. Her personality is pretty much the highlight of each and every one of my days, and her dadda and I don't know what we'd do or how we'd manage without her.
Bio: Jada's had a very lucky, attention-filled life. And it's only just beginning. She's more spoiled than any child I know, and continues to make even the worst days more bearable for both me and her 'daddy.' - and, of course, everyone else she meets. She's a smilemaker, and is very persistent on cheering people up. Little black spots over and under her eyes, and on her belly, make us curious as to whether she has any dalmatian in her - so we jokingly call her our little 'pitmatian.' We're never going to dock her ears or tail, as I'm sure she'd never be able to live without having a tail to chase all day and night! She's a daddy's girl for sure, and he's always the first to get a hug. Although she knows who to go to when daddy's mad at her, haha. She's very timid, and tends to bark at strangers - as she's backing away from them. Not too much of a socialite yet, but we're working on it.

I said goodbye to 2007 with mommy and daddy today. This goodbye wasn't a sad one though, and daddy even hit big on a scratch ticket! I'm sure that means lotsa dingos and bones for me. :P They'd bought me some foolish hat from the store with Happy New Year on it, and mommy set me up for some pictures in the darn thing. I'd rather have just slept in my cozy bed and all but no, she's always gotta make a model outta me. I'm telling you, people don't realize how hard it is to be a dog! Geesh. Well, be safe! I know I will. That is if mommy and daddy have their way. :x
I have been causing terror and being overly cute for officially one year now! :0) I am getting more muscular, but not much bigger - but I'm still one of the strongest pups I know! Today Mommy + Daddy got me a big ol' mammoth bone with lots of yummy beefy flavour and knotty ends. I also have a Christmas stalking especially for me hung on the wall; it's pink and says "Dear Santa, I've been a Princess!" 'cause yanno, I am. Well, woof woof it's my birthday! Weehoo! Off to celebrate!
