Arrival Story:
Scooby has belonged to a cruel owner. One day I heard a dog crying. I found that the dog got his head stuck in the fence trying to get out. I broke trough the fence & got him out. On the other side I noticed the dog did not have any food or water or shelter, plus no one was home. So, I brought him home. The owner, when he came home, I put a letter on his door earlier saying that I had his dog, so he came over & said that if I wanted to, I could keep him. So that's how he became mine. Now I know he was treated badily for when I got his leash out to take him for a walk, hw would shrink back with tail between his legs in terrer & shiver. As for the food he always had bad breathing problems and he had such a bad stomach that he would crap around the house because he couldn't hold it! Plus it always had a terrible owder more than usual! Now he breaths good, & stomach is alright. He goes outside & is always at the door when he wants in.

Scooby ran away and Nobody knows where he is.I got him on spring break in the year 2006. He was 1 year old. He was 6 years old when he ran away. He was and will always be a loving member of my family and the best dog I've ever had.

I was walking him and all of a sudden this white pit bull started troting down. Scooby didn't like the looks of him or trusted him for he started growling. I did not stop walking but, he caught up with us. He pounced on Scooby and Scooby managed to shake him off. The stray pit bull started to back off. I tugged on the leash and Scooby and me started on our way. Then the stary pit bull ran at me and grabbed hold of my left hand and would not let go! He dug those teeth in and boy that hurt! Scooby got loose of his collar and tackled him. He looked madder then he did before. They started fighting again. My hand was bleeding real bad. Some neighbors called the ambulance for me. They really didn't know me but, they helped me out greatly. The sdtray pit bull was not theirs, I know. They have a german sheperd. They gave me a rag and poured half their bottle of proxide on my hand. That stray dog shook me so bad my glassses fell off and hit the concrete. I went to go get them( luckily they were not broken) and put them on. Scooby was on the sidewalk standing there and I guess watching the other dog run off or something. I grabbed hold of his leash and collar and went back to the porch. I called my dad and told him where I was. Scooby came running back to me. He started licking at my hand, trying to make it feel better. The ambulance came and so did my dad. Scooby went home with my dad and I gone with the ambulance. My dad drove to the hospital after he dropped off Scooby. My hand was stitched up and I was given medicene for the pain and so my hand would not get infected. If Scooby was not there that dog probably would have killed me! He has saved my life once again!

One day my brother, I have two brothers, brought home this dog named Tank so he could take care of it till his x-girlfiriend found a place to live but, Tank didn't not trust people and did not like other dogs. He would try to jump on anybody he could get at. The only one he would trust out of all of us was my brother who brought him here. He would always be on a chain in the carport. He was so strong though he could push the backyard gate open.So I always had to check every morning to make sure that he was in the carport before I let my dog Scooby out. Well, I woke up one morning fixing my lunch for school, when my nephew who always wakes up in a grumpy mood every school morning, let my dog out before I could say no. As soon as Tank saw him he pounched on him. I grabbed the nearest and strongest looking wooden object and slammed it against Tanks head so he would get off. It broke across his head. He let him go and Scooby ran inside the house. Tank gave me a very menacing look. He launced and grabbed hold of my thumb. I screamed! Scooby heard my cry and ran out and launced at him but, Tank grabbed hold of his neck. My other brother ran out and broke his bottom jaw and still he wouldn't let go! My dad came out and had to shoot him! My dog had saved my life but risked his! Scooby didn't die though and I'm glad for that!
