My mom came home from work this afternoon and let me outside. Of course I ran straight for the woods! She kept calling my name like I was really gonna come back or something! Anyway, I was in the woods for 2 hours. Mom kept calling me and she sounded like she was getting really mad. So I just hung out for another hour. I finally snuck up on the porch and acting like I'd been there all along. She didn't buy it. She put me in the house and put my collar back on. I'm really depressed about this. I keep following mom around, trying to look pitiful. She told me I smelled like a dead animal. I'm not going to tell her what I was really doing in those woods!
