Dog Park....walking around and playing in a stream, hiking the bluffs in the local park.

Best Tricks:
Chasing Squirrels, sitting/laying down for treats, if you say 'cuddle' I will lay on your chest. I also LOVE to talk and I sound like Chewy from Star Wars. I talk every night while we go to sleep.

Arrival Story:
We adopted Augie from a pet rescue house--PAWS and CLAWS. We were told that Augie was in the shelter for 6 months before we adopted him. Which hard to believe....He has been a great dog from day one. He gets recognized all around town from people who looked at him at the shelter. We took him to puppy training class one and two and then he passed his Canine Good Citizen Award on the first try and he wear his tag proudly.

Bio:
Augie is such a good fit in our family. He is such a goof and always makes us laugh. He loves to talk, he makes these little growls and moans that are so cute. He loves to go for walks, if you say the words 'walk' or 'leash' he goes nuts. He will run around the house and jump up and down until you get him in his harness, then he goes! He won't even stop and visit, he just pulls and pulls. He spends all day on our bed napping, and then he gets to sleep there at night too. He is one spoiled dog!
