If eating and sleeping are tricks,,this is the Queen, not just the Princess

Arrival Story:
4 years ago on Animal Planet watched a show called Animal Cops Miami. In the show the Miami ASPCA did a sting,,filming two men with a pickup truck throwing trash bags into a dumpster In each bag was a euphanized greyhound off of a race track. We decided that if we ever got a dog we would rescue a retired racer. In 2005 we decided our life was ready to share with a new best friend and Princess Leia came to her forever home.

Bio:
Princess Leia raced under the name of Quintina. She was born on a puppy farm in Texas,, bred to be a racer. Best guess is she trained for over a year to be a race dog. Her career started at the Caliente Race track where she was only in 3 races and came in dead last in all of them. Her career lasted 2 weeks before she was retired to the Greyhound Pets of America and then adopted into my house.
