The chickens keep hanging out on the fence, taunting me. Little do they know I am plotting how I will soon have a chicken dinner....

Another thing I love... Moths!

Yes, moths are great! Sure, they fly around, but sometimes they aren't so bright, and fly low to the ground. Then, I chase them! Yep! And they don't try to fly higher, no way! They keep flying low! And I can chase them and chase them.

And occasionally eat them!

They're crunchy.

And I bet they have some protein as well!

Stuff I Love, Part 1

So, being new to this world and stuff, I'm just trying to find my way around, and figuring out what's pawsome, and what isn't (see previous two entries.)

Well, I found something I just love - the soccer ball. Yep, I can chase that thing all over the yard over and over again! I jump on it, bite it, and try to show it who the boss is. However, it just keeps rolling away from me again and again! Needless to say, I have to run it down again, and I tell it just what I think of its antics!

I love that silly soccer ball!

Stuff I don't like, Part 2

Baths. I really don't like baths.

As most of you pups know, we work hard on our looks. Why, it takes me an afternoon of playing with my sister and rolling in the dirt to achieve my perfect luster and smell. I pride myself on it. But Momma will pick me up, and make a face, and off I go to the bath.

When I was smaller, Momma would give me a bath in the kitchen sink, and that was bad enough. As I've grown, I don't fit well in there anymore, so now she puts me in the bath tub. At first, I would try and try to jump out, but my little legs weren't long enough to get me to the ledge. Now, I can easily jump out of the tub. Needless to say, bath time has become a battle of the wills between me and Momma. She may be able to give me a bath, but it doesn't mean I like it.

And don't even get me started on the brush!

Things I don't like, part 1

On the talking picture box, there is a thing called a "commercial" for something called a "movie". This "movie" is called "Strange Wilderness." Momma says this movie looks dumb, but I think it's worse. I don't watch the picture, but there's a noise... it's stupid "yuck-yucking" laughter, and they play it over and over again.

It makes me really mad. So mad, in fact, that I have to tell it to shut up! everytime I hear it I growl and bark at it so it will shut up.

So that is something I don't like.

What I got for Christmas - my two front teeth!

So just before Christmas, Momma noticed that I had lost my two front teeth. Over the next two weeks, she noticed that I also started losing other front inscisors as well, and that the little buds of my big dog teeth were showing up. She kept joking to Daddy that all I wanted for Christmas is my two front teeth. Sure enough, my first set of big dog inscisors has come in! Just in time for the holidays!

The Fat Man in the Red Suit

So on Saturday, Mommy took me and Kramer and Princess to a Christmas Festival at a local Humane Society. There were lots of other dogs there and stuff! That was pretty fun... except the fat guy in the red suit. For some reason, Mommy just had to have us each sit in the fat man's lap while some guy flashed bright lights at us. I was pretty good about it, buy my brother Kramer cried a lot and wouldn't look at the bright light guy. My sister Princess, on the other hand, well, she lived up to her name and was looking extra cute. People even said how she was the cutest pup they had ever seen (there were a few who said how cute the three of us are togther.)

Momma sez I'm too smart

So Momma has a little waste basket next to her desk. It has a step on it to open the lid.

Guess who figured out how to work the contraption and take things out?

*hee hee!*
