Arrival Story:
Pebbles was a rescue and she came to us from Shihtzu and Furbaby Rescue. She was living in a car in NC with a homeless woman who was breeding her. I knew when I saw her picture that she was meant for me. When she came in on the transport we looked at each other and we both knew it was a match. Pebbles now shares her joy and happiness every other Saturday as a Project Pup star when she visits a local retirement home.
