Arrival Story:
Dylan was found running along a highway in Pittsburgh, PA. A kind couple stopped their car, called to him, and he jumped right in to go home with them. They posted the found dog but after no one claimed him for a couple of weeks, they contacted the BRAT to find him a new home. He came to me as a foster ... but bonded with the entire family so quickly that we couldn't bear to see him go and adopted him permanently.
