New Member of the Family

Exciting news pup pals,Ami and I are getting a 'wee brother'.He is currently at the SSPCA centre in Lanarkshire and all going well he should be with us next weekend.
He's a border collie and the staff at the centre think he is 6-8 months old.He was found abandoned,tied up outside a Spar shop.
Mum and Dad have decided to call him Baxter.Once he's home,settled and providing mum can master the new digi camera thing we'll get some photos on Dogster.

Happy birthday to our beautiful girl.4 today.

Still trying to adjust to big bro not being here.Ami and I keep slowing down on our walks waiting for him to catch us up and of course he's not there.Mum's just as bad.She automatically calls for the 3 of us to come through to the kitchen for breakfast and tea.Same out in the park.Will take time.

She has however booked our holidays for next year.Off to your favourite kennel again I hear you all say.Not this time.We are going to the Norfolk Broads with mum and dad!!Mum has a big birthday next July.Big is the word.Let's put it this way-she'll never see 40 or 41,42.43 etc etc again.She wanted to go somewhere different for her birthday and different this certainly is.We are going to stay on a houseboat for a week.How good is that?I have already been warned NOT to jump in the water.So 47 weeks to go before we head off on my first big holiday adventure.Do you think it's to early to start packing??
