Arrival Story:
After my 13 year old westie passed away and my son went off to college, it was very lonely around the house. I decided another dog was what I needed to keep me company. I researched some of the toy breeds and I decided on a papillon. I got Toby from a private breeder when he was 12 weeks old. He is such a joy to have around. "Until one has loved an animal a part of one's soul remains unawakened"
