My Gotcha Day

Well pups,
Today is the third anniversary of my "Gotcha" day. Three years ago today I found my Mom and my forever home. I am healthy, happy and very spoiled. My Mom takes very great care of me and I take great care of her. For the past three years we have been through ups and downs, tears and happiness, fun and hard work. Hey, that is what families do. Mom and I are a family. We are in the process of moving. Packing, cleaning and more packing. I have several boxes with my name on them. Almost as many as she has her name on. I haven't figured out what the labels on the other boxes mean. But at least I have my stuff packed. BOL! We usually have a "Gotcha" day party for me but this year Mom has to work and prepare to move. So this year it will be a "3rd year Gotcha Anniversary/House Warming" party. It won't be until October, but it will be a blast. I will post pix afterwards.

Mom is making me a special dinner tomorrow night. Venison steak, baked patato and steamed veggies are on the menu. That is the only human food I can eat. I am highly allergic to everything else. Leave it to Mom to make my meals special. I only get these treats on: Gotcha days, Thanksgiving,Christmas,and Birthdays.

Well, I am glad to be with Mom. *wink*

You came into my life at a really tough time. Because of you, I was able to be happy again. A lot of people may say, I had rescued you, but in all actualality, you had rescued me.

Easter Sunday

Today is Easter. The Easter Bunny Brought me an Easter Basket filled with goodies. I got a new leather collar, Chewy frisbees, a case of chewy sticks, and a hydrant photo frame. Wow the Bunny is cool. I didn't even hear the bunny come in th middle of the night.

My Mom and her friend, took me and my best friend Kabookie out for an Easter Hunt. It wasn't eggs because I am allergic. We hunted for carrots and sliced apples. It was raining this morning so we had to wait until this afternoon for the hunt. It was really fun. I think I found the most treats. Kabookie was more interested in playing ball. What is wrong with that kid...Food....Ball....Food of course. Silly boy. Anyways, I am home now and I need a nap. I had a big day and I think I am going to get a bath. Oh! Didn't I tell you...The Bunny also brought me dog shampoo....What is up with that?

My Birthday with Mom

I hope you all like my Birthday photos that I posted. My Momm really spoiled me this Birthday. I got a special venison dinner and lots of presents. My Mom is the best. It was raining today so I couldn't play with my best friend Kabookie and his Mom in the hills. Hopefully it will clear up soon. I was watching the weather channel and it is suppose to rain through Saturday. Good thing I got a lot of new toys and chewy bones to keep me busy until then.

Well, now I am going to go watch a movie with Mom...ENJOY!!!

Happy Birthday to Me

Today is my 4th Birthday.....

I can't wait for dinner and of course, presents. Mom is going to fix me my special Birthday dinner toningt. I am going to get a venison steak and steamed vegetables. WOW!!!! I also get to open the presents she got for me...That is of course, after she gets off of work. I will post some photos of my special day later.....Gotta go and help Mom get ready for work...

My Birthday Party

Well, I had my unofficial Birthday Party last night. Unofficial because my Birthday is really on Tuesday, April 11th. But since it was the weekend, Mom had a party for me on Saturday night. A lot of people came over for my party. It was Auntie Lisa's party too. Her Birthday is one day before mine. We both got lots of presents. I think mine were way better than hers. We didn't have a B.B.Q. because it has been raining for days and weeks here where I live. My yard is flooded and mushy. (my B.B.Q. Buddy came). I was so excited. My Mom is going to fix me a special dinner for me on my official birthday. Her friend gave her some venison and elk steaks for me for my birthday dinner..I can't wait. I will put more pictures up later.

MY Birthday

Well, I am almost going to be 4 years old.....Where has the time gone? My Mommy is planning a B.B.Q. party for me and Auntie Lisa. Auntie Lisa is going to be 25 years old. WOW! That is is really old. I am just 4. I think my Mom is getting me a special Venison Steak on my Birthday. I can help with the BBQ. I am a great BBQ buddy. I don't let any food go to waste on the ground. Heck, it doesn't even hit the ground. Mom has been shoppping for my presents all month on the internet. I see packages come to the house and mysteriously dissappear into the spare bedroom. Hummmm...Suspicious to me. Well, I can't wait until my birthday on April 11th......The party is on April 8th...I will let you know what happends. My Mommys parties are always very, very interesting.........

My Gotcha Anniversary Party

Well,
I had my 2 year Anniversay Party this past Saturday. It was really fun...We had lots of people over that I already knew, and I meet some new friends too. I got lots of gifts (toys, treats, new dog bowls, treat canisters and a food dish mat.) My best friend Kabookie and his Mom came over for the party. I was really surprised. My Mom didn't tell me my best friend Kabookie was coming to my party. I had lots of fun, love and of course I stole some B.B.Q. and a couple of sips of wine. Hee hee. Don't tell my Mom though.
