Leave a bone for Chancellor

Nicknames: Chance

Birthday: January 1st 1995
Arrival Story: In the bible it says (and I paraphrase) that nothing ever created by His Word is, or will ever be, insignificant. Although we, on earth, must lose those things most dear to us they are never lost to God, they remain at His beckoning.
This is Chancellor. He passed away after quite a battle for his survival by a broken-hearted family of which he was a full fledged and much loved member. At his birth, 12 yrs ago, I can assure you God knew what were to be his attributes and to whom he would be best suited as well as what changes his innocent presence would affect upon his earthly family, both throughout his life, and at his death. Nothing in this universe is random and Chance was certainly not! He served his purpose brilliantly and even his death was without complaint.
The bible also speaks of animals abiding in heaven. Have you ever wondered why in the Old Testament there were animal sacrifices? I think it must have had to do with the innocence of these creatures and by some means God could "hear" human prayers ...if thusly conveyed. Animals must therefore be able to breach some kind of heavenly border - obviously to Gods own ear. Perhaps there is a reason for their substance in heaven; choosing to love a family and being loved in return while passing on an example for us may well be, for some, their earthly mission. He did promise us things so wonderful upon our arrival that we could not conceive of them while here on earth. I am hoping beyond words that I will be good enough one day to claim a seat at Gods banquet table and, if so, I am sure that I will look down and see a big black head laying on my feet, as I once did, gently accepting his reward for doing his job so successfully while here on earth.. and awaiting a certain young man (and his family) that he left behind so many years before.
We Love You And Will Look Forward to Seeing You Later Chance!
The obituary for this wonderful dog I will let stand as a reminder of what this, and all animals, represent. When a beloved animal dies (be it dog or other.. ) I do not believe it will be the last it's human family will see of it. Many people have had signs from God, as have I, that there is an afterlife for these creatures as well.
This is put together with the utmost understanding and love.. for I have lost so many and each one owned a special and completely private piece of my heart

Bio: Below... is part of my wonderful family that was once with me on earth. Now, together, we await those that remember and love us, still.
