Toby's breeder lives in Eastern VA. She was sitting for a friend's Schnauzer. She is a Shih Tzu breeder. Toby's dad paid a visit to one of the female Shih Tzu's and the rest is history. My daughter brought him home to visit me and I fell in love with him. She left him as my gift.
