Arrival Story: Ruby is a very sweet, loving brown-eyed girl. She is a ‘wooly coat’ husky with long silky soft fur. She was surrendered due to illness of the owner. She does suffer from some separation anxiety when left alone for extended periods of time. She also tries to get out of the yard, so she has to be watched when outside. She is crate trained, but will behave in the crate if there are other dogs or people around. She walks well in a leash and is housebroken. Ruby is a very loving dog; she loves adults and children of all ages. She is not cat friendly. She needs to be in a home where someone is home most of the time or can go to work with her owner. As she adjusts to her new surroundings, Ruby will be able to be left alone for longer periods of time. Please consider Ruby for your next family member and you will see that all this little girl wants is to be by your side and give you lots and lots of unconditional love.
