Dear Diary..... (hmm sounds familiar)

New addition

Well Mom took me on a long long ride and it wasn't to a vet... She took me to look for a new puppy.... And low and behold she got one for her bday gift from our two legged siblings. I don't mind the new addition she is not bad... what I didn't like was when she thought she could climb on me, so I gave her a warning nip... and boy does she have a loud mouth she yelped, I know I didn't get her that bad sheeshhh... all mom said was seee I told you not to climb on her... guess she was telling that to Kamalu.. mom didn't yell at me she just told me that I have to be gentle since she is a baby still. I will try to remember that... nawt lol.... i can use my old age for memory lost... but all in all Kama is not a bad puppy. I guess she just has to grow a bit and learn how to play with out biting mom doesn't like biting or fighting going on among us, would you believe she sends us each to our rooms if we fight??? thought i was too old to be sent to my room sheeshhh... she tells me that way we have time to calm down. She reminds me that I'm still her baby. So i guess in time I will get use to Kamalu.

A new addition ... maybe???

Yesterday... mom asked me if I wanted to go for a road trip with her... I thought ohhh here we go again to the dreadful vet... but when I looked into her eyes... I saw a bit of hope and glow, it seemed different.... I think I remembered this look b4, could it be that she is hiding something from me? I know mom's bday is around the corner... and she had been looking for something online every morning... could it be that she finally found what she was looking for and wanted me to go with her to pick it out? now that is a thought.... Mom always believed in bringing the top dog with her when she looks at a potential new addition and it's me this time again since MR. Tip passed ... could this be another ... oh gawd if this is so I do so hope that this new addition does not pull my tail like Kekoa does. Maybe she has finally seen how Kekoa is running circles around me and I can't keep up that she has decided it's time to get another one so that lil one can run circles around him.... Mom talks to me alot not that I understand everything she is saying, but I try to.. honest I do. She has picked out some hawaiian names already but she said she will have to wait and see what her personality is. wait a min... did i just say her? Is she getting a girl? I thought I was her girl.... OMG will she treat her better? I doubt that... she always tells me "how's mommy's favorite girl"..... In a way I hope she does get one this way I can relax a bit more next to mama... I love you mom... and happy birthday....!!!
